The Client Experience Team is committed to providing excellent technical support services to our clients. In addition to live telephone and email support Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm CT offered to all users within the program, RoboKind also offers online support documentation available 24/7. Our support team has access to our in-house network and software development teams should escalation of support be required.
